Welcome Baby William, we’ve been waiting.

I just love newborn lifestyle sessions.  There is just something so special about photographing a family in their own home, no pressure, no lights just all love!  I have been photographing Steph and Mckenzie since 2010 when Steph left for Deployment.  It was a bitter sweet family session but started an amazing relationship and friendship with a wonderful family.  I was lucky to meet Chris at a Halloween party before the lovebirds even knew they were about to be lovebirds!  The next thing I knew, Steph called and said, its time to do another family session but this time… we want to include Mr. Parks and I knew, it was only a matter of time! We had a blast out in the park just walking the trails and capturing moments of  this beautifully blended family.  It was amazing to see all the love that Chris had for Steph and also Mckenzie. I knew that their love would grow and blossom and that sometime in the near future we would be hearing wedding bells!

Their engagement session was early in 2012 .

At their engagement session, I had Mckenzie do a cute little pose where she stuck her tongue out while Chris and Steph gave a little kiss to one another.  Little did I know, Mckenzie would then do that pose every time I photographed her.  Here’s the funny pics:
